Sign-up forms enable you to collect member information and associate with their Member Accounts.

Add entry form

  1. Click + New collection and go through the flow

  2. On the Mint Portal step, enable Collection member information and select the information you want to collect from members

Edit entry form

  1. Go to Members tab on Dashboard and select a collection
  2. Click the [gear] icon and go to Settings
  3. In the Mint Portal section, make changes to the information you want to collect from members
